Some Simple Rules
- You MUST be a garden/horticultural professional—garden center or nursery owner/staffer, landscape designer/architect, garden coach/mentor, horticulture professor/researcher, professional garden/horticulture association representative, etc. NO garden hobbyists.
- NO phishing for or harvesting e-mails for your own use. If you are reported for improper behavior by a questioner, you will receive one warning; a second report will get you kicked off the list.
- Reply only to questions on which you have knowledge and authority.
- NO selling your products or services. You may include your company’s information in a signature; however, you may NOT include quotes, sales or other sales promotions in your response. If a questioner responds to you for additional information after your initial contact, then you can proceed from there.
